COBRA is a landmark federal law that provides continuing coverage of group health benefits to employees and their dependent members of the families. The most important benefit about this program is – it gives employees the ability to continue their health insurance coverage even after leaving their respective employer for a certain limited period of time and under certain circumstances such as voluntary or involuntary job loss. This is being an employee’s group insurance policy it helps you to conserve some cash. Please note that this option may not be available to all the country or states.
